Whitney Rose Asks Followers to ‘Keep Praying’ for Daughter amid Hospitalization

Whitney Rose is thanking her followers for their support after sharing that her daughter was taken to the intensive care unit (ICU).

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star, 38, shared an update on her Instagram Stories on Monday, Oct. 7, after revealing on Sunday that her daughter Bobbie, 14, experienced “severe asthma exacerbation” and was taken to the ICU in an ambulance.

“Thank you for all the love and prayers for my sweet Bobbie Rose, we feel your energy,” Whitney wrote in a statement. “Unfortunately, we do not have any updates at this time. Please keep praying for a [sic] our angel 🪽🫶.”

On Sunday, Oct. 6, Whitney shared on her Instagram Stories that her daughter was currently in the hospital after having been driven there by ambulance.

“My beautiful community please pray for my angel daughter Bobbie Rose,” Whitney wrote in a statement. “I normally would never come on here to share something so vulnerable but we need prayers and good vibes right now.”

“She was taken by ambulance to the ICU today for severe asthma exacerbation. Xoxo 💋.”

Whitney shares her daughter and son Brooks, 11, with husband Justin Rose. Alongside her two kids, Whitney is also stepmom to Justin’s sons Austin, Christopher and Trey from his first marriage.

In April, Whitney celebrated her daughter’s 14th birthday, posting a photo of the mother-daughter duo on her Instagram as the two matched in white.

“Happy Birthday to Bobbie Rose. She turns 14 today! ♈️,” Whitney wrote, sharing 14 words that describe her daughter that ranged from “kind” and “beautiful” to “caring” and “fearless.”

“My baby girl is growing up and I am so proud of her. My side kid and bestie for life,” she ended the sweet tribute.
